# 8. Roadmap

8.1 Phase 1: Private Beta (Q3 2025)

**Objective:** Validate core product with power users, collect feedback, and harden our platform before public rollout.

**Key Deliverables:**

* **Multi-Currency Wallet:** Deploy support for 35+ fiat currencies in-app. Enable users to open, hold, and view balances in multiple ledgers.
* **Virtual Card Issuance:** Instantly generate virtual Mastercard/Visa cards linked to any currency balance. Test transaction flows in sandbox and live environments.
* **Token Sale Whitelist:** Open token-sale registration for private beta participants. Secure at least 5,000 committed addresses for our private round.
* **Instant P2P Transfers:** Roll out zero-fee wallet-to-wallet transfers with sub-second settlement in testnet and select live corridors.

**Milestones & Metrics:**

* Onboard **5,000** beta users.
* Achieve **99.9%** uptime on wallet and transfers services.
* Collect **500+** feedback tickets with an average satisfaction score ≥ 4.5/5.

#### 8.2 Phase 2: Public Launch (Q4 2025)

**Objective:** Open NexFi to the general public, activate physical card issuance, and onboard mainstream users.

**Key Deliverables:**

* **Physical Smart Cards:** Manufacture and ship contactless NexFi cards to users’ addresses in key launch markets.
* **Fiat On/Off-Ramps:** Integrate with credit/debit rails (via Railsr, Airwallex) to allow direct bank top-ups and withdrawals in local currencies.
* **Staking Module:** Release in-app staking dashboard where users lock NEXFI tokens to earn up to 12% APY.
* **Expanded Currencies:** Add 10 more fiat pairs, reaching a total of 45+ currencies and covering 90% of global remittance corridors.

**Milestones & Metrics:**

* Issue **20,000** physical cards.
* Process **$50 million+** in fiat on-ramps/off-ramps.
* Reach **50,000** total users with > 75% monthly active rate.

#### 8.3 Phase 3: Expansion (2026+)

**Objective:** Transform NexFi into a full‐featured Web3 finance hub for both retail and enterprise customers.

**Key Deliverables:**

* **DeFi Integrations:** Embed token swaps and liquidity-pool access (via PancakeSwap/Uniswap APIs) directly in the app.
* **Business Accounts:** Launch multi‐user corporate wallets with batch payments, invoicing, and advanced KYC tiers.
* **NFT ID/Passport:** Offer NFT-based identity passports that store verified credentials (e.g., KYC tier, loyalty NFT badges) on-chain.
* **Credit Lines:** Introduce microcredit and credit-line products backed by on-chain collateral and dynamic risk scoring.

**Milestones & Metrics:**

* Enable **$100 million+** in on-chain DeFi volume.
* Onboard **5,000** business customers.
* Mint **10,000** identity NFTs and **50,000** loyalty badges.
* Extend **$10 million+** in decentralized credit lines.
